10:30 AM: Welcome to CU event in the SAC (Student Activities Center)

2:00 PM-3:00 PM: Walmart shopping shuttle, meet at Stapp Hall

5:00 PM: Airport shuttle will meet students at the Louisville airport

6:30 PM: Welcome to CU event in the SAC (Student Activities Center)

8:00 PM-9:00 PM: Walmart shopping shuttle, meet at Stapp Hall

Saturday, August 17

9:00 AM-12:00 PM: CGE Compass: International Student Orientation (required for all new International Students, including ESL students)

4:00 PM-5:00 PM: Walmart shopping shuttle, meet at Stapp Hall

Sunday, August 18

1:45 PM: Accuplacer check-in at the BASC (Badgett Academic Support Center)

2:00 PM-5:00 PM: Accuplacer Testing

Monday, August 19

8:00 AM-9:30 AM: International student advising and registration at the BASC (Badgett Academic Support Center)

10:00 AM- 12:00 PM: ESL Placement Testing in the Alumni Building, room 105 (lower level)

Tuesday, August 20

1:00 PM-3:00 PM: Information booth/find your classes at the Clock tower

3:00 PM-5:00 PM: Welcome Week Festival on the Library Lawn

Wednesday, August 21

First Day of Classes

1:00 PM: ESL Orientation (location TBD)

2:00 PM: ESL Registration in the Alumni Building, room 104 (lower level)

Monday, August 26

6:00 PM-8:00 PM: CGE Welcome Back Event
