To request your Official CU transcript electronically, please use the button below: 

CAMPBELLSVILLE UNIVERSITY TRANSCRIPTS

• If you have a financial obligation, your transcript will not be processed. You will need to contact the Student Accounts Office at businessoffice@campbellsville.edu or contact them via phone at 270-789-5203.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for processing electronic requests and 7-10 days for mailed copies. Transcripts are processed manually through the National Student Clearinghouse and will not be sent automatically.

PHILLIPS GRADUATE UNIVERSITY TRANSCRIPTS PRIOR TO 2019

Campbellsville University is the Custodian of Record for Phillips Graduate University. If you are a previous PGU student, prior to 2019, requesting your official transcript, you may click on the link above that will prompt you to fill out a form. Once the form is completed, please send back to registrar@campbellsville.edu. The cost is $15.00 per transcript. All PGU transcripts are mailed hard copy official transcripts. They may not be faxed or sent electronically.
