Ways Faculty might support the career success of your students through collaboration with Career Services:

  • Include Career Events in your syllabus - Career Services Events
  • Encourage Students to set up a Handshake account for job and internship search and to connect direct with employers.
  • Request a Classroom Presentation from Career Services that fits your schedule
  • Refer student for career advising, interest inventory assessments or othr resources we offer. 
  • Refer companies/agencies to join our Job and Internship Fairs. If you prefer, supply HR name and contact info to us and we will reach out to them.
  • Encourage Students to attend on-campus job fairs to stay well informed on opportunities- regional and national.

  • Networking & Job Search sessions

  • Value of Internships/Volunteer Experience

Career Services is now utilizing the Handshake career/job search tool where employers post nationwide jobs, internships, career info virtual sessions, and job fair information especially geared for College students and recent alumni. CU faculty have free access to this platform using their Campbellsville University email as well. Please login to have access to Handshake & encourage your students to explore.
