Ryan Gipson
Dr. Ryan Gipson is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics, instructing students at every level. He graduated from Murray State University where he earned his B.S. in Mathematics and then completed his M.A. and Ph. D. at the University of Louisville in 2018, under the advisement of Professor Hamid Kulosman, and awarded the Graduate Dean’s Citation. Upon graduating from Louisville, Dr. Gipson moved to San Antonio, TX where he completed a postdoc at Trinity University. In 2019, he joined the Campbellsville University faculty and returned home to Kentucky, where he now resides locally with his family. His research interests include: commutative algebra, factorization theory, semigroups, and semigroup rings.
