Campbellsville University Piano Ensemble to give free concerts

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. - The Campbellsville University Piano
Ensemble has a series of two upcoming concerts which will include the Fall
Semester Concert in The Gheens Recital Hall, 210 University Drive,
Campbellsville, on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 8 p.m.

The entire ensemble will play in the Lindsey Wilson College
Fall Concert Series on Wednesday, Nov. 11 at 3:30 p.m. EDT.

Everyone is invited to the free concerts.

This semester's Piano Ensemble consists of
Steven Adams of Bardstown, Ky.; Colleen Ames of Elizabethtown, Ky.; Kinly
Bertram of Monticello, Ky.; Chia-Yin Chen of Taiwan; Yun Jiang and
Jingying Pang, both of China; and Shu-Hua Lin and Hsing-Yi Tsai, both of Taiwan.
They will be performing works by J. S. Bach, Brahms, Milhaud, Respighi,
Smetana, Schubert and Shostakovich.

The ensemble had a graduate division which played in the
Kentucky Music Teachers' Bluegrass Piano Ensemble Competitions on Oct. 24.
